Note: Please wear loose fitting or stretchy clothing, bring a light lunch and a beverage. Mats and massage tables are provided, however, you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Mea Hutchinson, a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu for over 15 years, demonstrates and guides participants in the dynamic hand placements that help to deepen our levels of mind-body-spirit balance.
Within us is a complex system of energetic pathways that are regulated through a series of spiraling energy centres. In this 4 and a half hour session we will discuss the keys that unlock these centres, which in turn help us to relax deeply, clean, restore and revitalize.
